Every penny saved counts. This was an awesome week for grocery shopping at Publix. I was running low on rice and cereal and was able to stock up on both. It was also a good week to stock up on ziplock bags. My total before coupons and BOGO was $187.53, I paid $68.75. This total included at $16 dollar bag of dog food and a $17 box of diapers. So my grocery total for the week was pretty low. The buys of the week include:
- Frosted Flakes for .99. This was a better deal than the one listed on Southern Savers because I had received a coupon book in the mail with $1 off 1 box of General Mills Cereal.
- Care Free Panty Liners = Free, I had a rain check for .99 and I had coupons for $1 off.
- Pop Tarts for .25 a box. This was also a better deal than the one listed on Southern Savers because of the General Mills Coupon Book I had received.
- Hunts Ketchup for .29
I love seeing the savings on my receipts and can not believe I spent years paying full price for everyday items and groceries.
